TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Fifty percent of payment is due at the time the oder is placed;
  remainder of payment is due upon delivery of merchandise.
• Merchandise will be delivred to only one location.
• Special orders are not subject to cacellation.
• Buyer is responsible for measuring doorways, stairways, and the area to be used before ordering.
• Seller assumes no responsibility for merchandise that is too large to fit.
• Because of loading schedules, seller can only designate a day for delivery, not a specific time.
